Warranty Statement by EMSZERO
At EMSZERO, we recognize that choosing and purchasing new beauty equipment can be a daunting task. We understand that you require machines that are reliable and of high quality, whether for your personal use or business needs. This is why we provide a comprehensive warranty and lifetime customer support for all our machines.
Our machines come with a warranty period of 1-3 years, covering both the main machine and spare parts. Please note that the warranty period for each machine may vary, and this information will be stated in the relevant product description. Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period is one year. The warranty does not cover consumables such as gels and liquids.
Warranty for Main Machine:
We guarantee your main machine against defects in construction for a period of 1-3 years from the date of delivery. In the event that a structural defect is detected, and evidence is provided demonstrating the defect (such as clear video and/or photos), we will arrange for necessary repairs or replace the machine, free of charge.
Warranty for Spare Parts:
We guarantee the parts and accessories of your machines against defects for a period of 1-3 years from the date of delivery. This warranty covers only structural defects in the parts and accessories. If any part of your machine is not functioning properly due to a structural defect, and this is brought to our attention, we will arrange for necessary repairs or replace the part/accessory, free of charge. Spare parts do not include consumables nor disposables such as replacement bulbs.
During the first 3 months of the active warranty period, EMSZERO will bear the shipping costs of spare parts. After the first 3 months, the buyer/customer will be responsible for shipping costs of spare parts requested and paid for at cost.
During the first 1-3 years of the active warranty period, if the main machine needs to be replaced due to demonstrated structural defects, EMSZERO will provide the new replacement machine for free. However, the shipping and delivery costs of the replacement machine will be the responsibility of the buyer/receiver.
The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by any of the following:
- Failure to follow usage instructions/misuse of the product
- Refusal or negligence of the buyer/customer to provide any evidence of the claimed defect or damage (such as a video)
- Alteration of the product
- Impact or insertion of foreign objects
- Application of harmful chemicals
- Normal wear and tear
Support After the Warranty:
At EMSZERO, we will continue to provide technical and related support even after the warranty period has expired. However, there may be costs involved, depending on the support required. EMSZERO will provide necessary replacement parts at cost.
